When ordering from Tie The Noose Apparel, please be aware that your package may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or VAT charges depending on your country’s regulations.

VAT (Value-Added Tax):

Many countries (such as those within the European Union and the UK) require VAT on imported goods. Our 3rd Party Vendor collects and remits VAT for orders shipping to certain countries where legally required. In other countries, VAT may be charged to you directly upon delivery.

Customs & Import Duties:

Customs fees are determined by your country’s border authority. They are based on factors like the declared value of the package and sometimes the weight of the shipment. These charges vary by country and are not controlled by us or Our Vendor.

Responsibility:

Any customs, duties, or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict the exact cost, as it depends on your country’s import laws and thresholds.

Delays:

Customs processing may occasionally cause shipping delays. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but we do our best to ensure smooth delivery.
